Mermaid Madness begins

These are Chloe's first pictures of Ariel, the Little Mermaid.


You can pretty much just notice the color choices. Ariel will always have purple (for her bra), green (for her tail) and red (for her hair). When Flounder does appear, he will just be blue and yellow.


Here is the painted version. Notice the same color combos.



And just 2 short months later, this is the masterpiece that emerged. We were absolutely blown away and how much (once you understand her rules of colors representing the characters) this really does look like Ariel and Flounder. By now, even the placement of the colors were right. The red really is where the head should be and so on.
