Love is in the Air!

There has been quite a break in our blogging around here. It isn't just that I'm getting lazy (although I have been this past month) but kindergarten is also having a big effect on Chloe's drawing. You see, Chloe often just draws during her school day. That wasn't the case before because there was no school day. During these centers, she is often pressed for time so the pictures she busts out are hurried and no to the same detail as before. But she really does have some good ideas and some really sweet ideas. Here is February at a glance.

This is a picture of Greg shopping with the girls. They are on a secret shopping spree to get me a present for Valentine's day. That is why Chloe is reaching for hearts.

"Family Tree"
This is just one of many pictures that Chloe draws of family. This was was hanging on our fridge so some of my and Chloe's hair got a bit wet.

This is just a picture that Chloe brought home for me one day. She'll say, "Mom, I have a present for you!" and then she unveils a sweet picture like this one of her bringing me some flowers just to make me feel happy.

Then it was Greg's birthday and she wanted to make him a special picture that he would love. So she drew this beauty:


It is a picture of them at the park playing on the swings together. She said "Daddy is pushing me on the swings and I trust him so much." Cute girl. Then she decorated the other side with this:



It will be a sad day when she is putting another boy's name here.
